Bridal planning 101.

Book early – caterers, venues, florists and popular bands and DJs are first-come, first-booked. Think seasonal: flowers in season are prettier, fresher (and a lot cheaper) so choose your flowers and let them guide the color scheme for your special day. Visit a bridal fair for ideas, connections and free advice from wedding professionals. We are very, very experienced with wedding gowns, alterations, formal wear and the inevitable last minute emergency. You can count on us for more than archival gown preservation — get your date on our calendar so we can be part of your total wedding plan.

Spring (closet) cleaning.

Make space by eliminating any garment that is: (1) truly stained or stinky. We can do a lot, but some stains and smells are forever. (2) Damaged beyond repair, even by a talented seamstress. (3) Would you buy it right now? (4) It does not fit. Not now, probably never. (5). Wrong look, wrong image. (6). Brings up bad memories. (7) It outlasted a trend. (8) Have yet to wear it. (9) It is worn out, stretched, faded or pilled. Donate or recycle the mistakes and make room for more room.

Green cleaning.

We use earth-friendly cleaning products and methods to take care of your clothes, without charging extra. We are locally owned and operated and passionate about saving our neighbors’ money and getting more out of their garments. Trust us to keep you looking and feeling good about your cleaning choices.

Help us help you.

We always inspect incoming laundry – looking for stains, tears, tissues in the pocket, broken buttons or snagged zippers. You can help by tagging anything that needs special attention with a piece of masking tape. Let us know the details, our stain experts can almost perform magic, but it’s always better if they know what caused the problem.
